Was responsible for the academic and operational administration of the business. Sourced co-authors to write text material, managed the authoring process, handled the printing process, developed administrative aspects of the business and handled training inquires.

ii) Freelance Training and Consulting Experience – 2003 to 2007

Carried out training need analysis, developed training content, delivered 71 training programs, covering 485 training hours, trained over 1435 participants. All of the participants were adult audiences.

Training content included

Soft Skills Development – work/life skills for front line work, team building skills, time management, out bound training, presentation skills.
